Our Story

One belief and expectation Terri-Lynn, founder of Best Care Coordinators, LLC, has always lived by is

“Family Comes First.” Her one act of service became what she would become known for today: a

problem solver. In the heart of our journey lies a story that speaks of resilience, compassion, and the

unwavering commitment to care for those who matter most.

The idea was born when a phone call with a fearful vulnerable voice, called to inquire of how to

get Mom home with 24-hour care. In true Terri-Lynn fashion, that problem became a solution when she

was able to reach out to a team of individuals with the knowledge and commitment to successfully

provide Mom with care at the place she knew best, Her Home. With the comfort of familiar

surroundings, and the gift of compassion Terri-Lynn and her team could bring, she peacefully was able to go “home”. Due to the endless challenges along the way, Terri-Lynn was dedicated to using her

creativity to make sure Mom’s quality of life was nothing less than exceptional. 

To no surprise, only by word of mouth, Terri-Lynn easily became recognized as a valiant leader in

demonstrating excellence. Now, fortunately enough, Terri-Lynn has expanded to have an incredible group of independent contractors enlisted with her Company, Best Care Coordinators, LLC, who make a tangible impact on the lives of clients and families they serve.   

 We have been honored to be entrusted with the care of a family’s legacy, tending to the needs

of those who came before and those who will follow. The beginning of this generation began with our

phone number found “on the bathroom wall”. “J”, a gentleman who embodied resilience and

dedication, skillfully balanced various roles from demonstration as being a versatile problem-solver to being a devoted caregiver for his daughter. In a beautiful display of intergenerational care, “J” recognized the immense responsibilities his father was juggling and acted by seeking help to care for his aging father who was also caring for his ill wife. Despite his remarkable abilities, “J” recognized the importance of seeking assistance, showing that even heroes need support at times. Because of the core relationship developed with “J”, our trusted caregivers left such an indelible mark that when his mother’s turn came to needing some in-home help, our hearts filled with genuine delight when we were given an opportunity to be involved in such a timeless commitment. As time went on, the needs of Mom became meeting the needs of Mom and Dad which was a significant adjustment. The strength and love they exhibit in the face of challenges are truly inspiring, and the opportunity to support and care for them is a blessing that holds great honor.

Just by happenstance, “B” enters our lives. Looking for some direction outside the hospital and

in distress, Terri-Lynn responded immediately and provided the needed assistance. Some weeks later

she received a phone call from “B” who needed emergency medical treatment and refused to go to the

hospital unless Terri-Lynn met her there. This sweet woman then became such an important fixture in

our lives and those who had the honor of working with “B” will be forever changed.

What began as one commitment flourished into a tapestry of compassion woven with

dedication, extending far beyond our initial vision. Through every smile shared, every hand held, and

every heart uplifted, we have been humbled by the privilege of making a difference in the lives we

touch. Each independent contractor who has joined us is a dedicated guardian of our values. Their

unwavering commitment to delivering the highest quality of care has been the cornerstone of our

success. While this business was created with the love and caring nature of Terri-Lynn, it’s execution

could not have been made possible without the help of some truly amazing caregivers as well as

members of an “admin” team. Everyone has different strengths and talents that have led this business

to be successful.

What truly warms our hearts is how this journey has spread through the sincere words of those

we have served. The way our story has been carried forward from one family to another, each

recommending us with heartfelt enthusiasm, reaffirms that the most powerful form of endorsement is

born from genuine care. As we continue to grow, we do so with the same fervor that has brought us to

this moment. Our promise remains unchanging; to honor life’s journey with the love and respect it

deserves.
